It doesn't include any proper dumps for the Swap Force (they actually require two separate files - one for the head/torso, one for the legs - the single files included in your archive for the Swap Force characters don't work at all) and you haven't got ANY Imaginators.

It’s the exact same. Amiibos are just figures with a NFC chip inside (at the bottom). Amiibo spoofing is just using the same NFC chips that amiibos use by themselves. The switch doesn't check for authenticity and they aren't complicated code wise. So they are safe and not bannable.
